Answers to common questions about Reng Reng.
How do I make a ringtone?
Import an audio or video file, choose a clip up to 30 seconds, adjust the sound if needed, and export it. Follow the instructions shown after export to complete ringtone setup using the options available on your iOS version.
Why can’t I import a file?
The file may be protected, unavailable on the device, missing an audio track, or in an unsupported format. Download cloud-hosted files locally first, then try again. Protected streaming-media downloads cannot be converted.
Where are my projects stored?
Projects, imported media, and exports are stored locally in the App’s container on your iPhone. Your media is not uploaded to our servers.
How do I delete projects or temporary files?
Delete a saved project from Library. To remove cached and temporary files without deleting saved projects or exports, open Settings in Reng Reng and choose “Clear Temporary Files.”
How do I restore Reng Reng Pro?
Open Settings in the App and choose “Restore Purchases.” Make sure your device is signed in with the Apple Account used for the original purchase. Billing and refund requests are handled by Apple.
How do I manage privacy choices?
Open Settings in Reng Reng. If advertising privacy options are required in your region, “Privacy Choices” will appear there. You can also manage permissions such as microphone access in iOS Settings. See the Privacy Policy for details.
